The investors are interested in a project for financing city and inter-city public transport, for the Cherny Ossum reservoir that will solve the problems with water supply in Central Northern Bulgaria, for heating and gasification of areas in the district centre, and for building a solid waste depot. The Spanish company assured the local authorities that it is also ready to invest in completing the building of the local library, in a sports hall for 4,000 spectators and renovation of historical buildings.
