Former privatisation fund Albena Invest Holding AD offloaded a 33.72% stake in Rodina Tourist, the owner of the Rodina hotel in Sofia, on the Bulgarian bourse Tue, Dec 20, racking up 6.258 mln levs from the tax-exempt transaction. Management-employee buyout company Rodina Tourist 97 owns 60% of Rodina Tourist. The buyer of the 82,159 Rodina Tourist shares was not named but even if it was the majority owner, the deal would not trigger a requirement for a tender offer to the minority shareholders.
