Allianz Bank Bulgaria EUR 50m bond IPO starts on 3 December; indicative yield in 6%-6.5% range

Allianz Bank Bulgaria initiated the procedure for raising up to EUR 50m through a bond issue. The subscription period runs between 3 December and 16 of December with indicative yield in the 6%-6.5% range. The Bank plans to issue up to 500 unsecured, non-convertible bonds with a nominal and issue value of EUR 100 000 each and a fixed coupon rate paid annually based on market conditions within the defined interest range. The issue will have a term of 4 years. Allianz will have an option for additional bond issuance up to 12 months from the date of approval of the prospectus by the FSC, if the initially proposed amount is below the maximum amount of the issue. The issuer will also have the right to exercise a call option one year before the maturity of the bonds, a call option in case of disqualification of the bonds as eligible liabilities, and call option in case of tax event. The minimum amount for the bond placement to be successful is EUR 25m. The issue is targeted to professional investors and eligible counterparties.
