Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) introduced Bulpost post delivery service and cancelled the deliveries of telegrams within the country. At present, the company will deliver telegrams only abroad. The telegrams service is included in the licence of the country's fixed-line phone operator, but the company is not obliged to provide such services. Especially, since the number of people who make use of it has been rapidly decreasing in the last several years, BTC representatives said. The Bulpost service is an express delivery of documents and other goods within one day. Up to now, Bulpost was offered solely by Bulgarian Post Office.
