The profit of Bulbank increased by 83% to BGN 186m in 2000. It is equal to 60% of the consolidated net profit of the bank system last year. The credit portfolio of the institution reached BGN 316m, which means growth of 28% compared to 1999. The priorities in the new strategy for development of the bank include increase of the share of servicing of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as of households and citizens, representatives from Bulbank reminded.
