"The electricity's export contract for Yugoslavia is signed, but we're looking for a bank to assume the payment guarantees." This was announced yesterday by the Head of the State Agency for Energy and Energy Resources (SAEER), Ivan Shilyashki. According to Shilyashki, EU may undertake the export guarantees. The price, payable by Serbia per kWh, will be 3.05 cents, SAEER reported. Bulgaria will supply continuously to its neighbours for a twenty-four-hour period up to 4.8 million kWh. Up to USD 10 million are the expected revenues from electricity deliveries to Yugoslavia
