Bulgaria successfully upsized three Bond issues by EUR 2.5bn

Bulgaria’s finance ministry announced it has successfully reopened three Bond issues, raising a total of EUR 2.5bn. The issue maturing in 2032 was increased by EUR 1bn, the 2038 issue by EUR 1bn as well, and the issue maturing in 2045 by EUR 500m. The order book for the additional issuance exceeded EUR 9.5bn. The final reoffer spread for the 2032 issue was set at MS+60bps (3.49% yield), for the 2038 issue at MS+115bps (4.27% yield), and for the 2045 issue at MS+140bps (4.67% yield). The move brings the total new outstanding amount of the 2032 and 2038 issues to EUR 2.75bn each, and the 2045 issues to EUR 1.7bn.
