Shares of Bulgarian Bergman EAD will be listed on the Bulgarian stock exchange. It is not clear at which time they will be available for trade, since the exchange and the company have not signed a contract for registration. The emission consists of 5,394 shares with a nominal value of BGN 10 per share. The exchange code is BBERG, according to a bulletin of the exchange. Bulgarian Bergman EAD manufactures plastic tubes for electrical installations. The greater portion of products is intended for the domestic market. A small part is exported to Macedonia. The company became public at the beginning of May and was privatised through a central public auction held on the stock exchange.
