Bulgarian bourse registers for trade 3 bond issues _x000d_

The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Tuesday, December 20, that it had registered for trade 3 bond issues with a combined value of close to 50 mln levs. The issuers are the Bulgarian Postbank AD, Finance Consulting 2002 AD and Interlease Auto EAD. The biggest paper, worth 30 mln levs, was placed by Postbank. The 30 000 interest-bearing unsecured bonds have a par value of 1,000 levs with annual interest calculated on the basis of the 3-month Sofibor plus 1.20%, and a 3-year maturity falling on July 4, 2008. The loan will be repaid one-off upon maturity. Interest payments will be semi-annual. This is Postbank's third bond issue. The Finance Consulting 2002 bond is worth 7 mln euro paper and consists of 7 000 interest-bearing secured bonds with a par value of 1,000 euro, yielding an annual interest equalling the 6-month Euribor plus 7%. Interest payments will be semi-annual. The 5-year loan will be repaid in 1.75 mln euro instalments simultaneously with the last 4 interest payments. Interlease Auto's paper is worth 3 mln euro. The bonds have a par value of 1,000 euro and yield an interest calculated on the basis of the 6-month Euribor plus 1,85%. They mature in 3 years with semi-annual interest payments.
