Bulgarian Stock Exchange has published its unconsolidated Q3 2024 financial results. 9-mo total revenue recorded 1.8% growth from a year earlier to BGN 2.5m. During the quarter BSE recorded dividend receipt from the energy exchange subsidiary (IBEX) in the amount of BGN 1.7m, thus bringing the total dividend inflow to BGN 5.1m, compared to BGN 2.1m a year ago. Note that IBEX booked BGN 13.6m net profit in 2023 but is subject to lawsuit claims in the amount of BGN 6.7m. Bottomline, 9-mo stand-alone net profit of BSE surged to BGN 5m, compared to BGN 1.7m profit a year ago.
