Deficit in the consolidated program for the first four months of the year is a little below BGN 1m. Revenues are BGN 3.971 billion and costs – BGN 3.972 billion, the Ministry of Finance announced. Deficit in the state budget stood at BGN 89m as at April 30, 2001. Revenues amounted to BGN 2.251 billion and costs – to BGN 2.340 billion. As to the same date deficit in the central republican budget is BGN 178m. Revenues stood at BGN 1.943 billion and costs amounted to BGN 2.121 billion. As at April 30 the municipalities had BGN 111m surplus– BGN 520m own revenues, BGN 215m net transfers and BGN 624m costs.
