A Vidamost consortium was set up here on Sunday to tender for the construction of a second bridge over the Danube between Bulgaria and Romania. The two countries agreed to build it between Vidin and Calafat in early February, with Bulgaria pledging to collect the money needed. The bridge is expected to be among the priority projects of the Stability Pact for Southeastern Europe. The 15-member consortium includes Britain's Sir Alexander Gibb and Partners, Bulbank, the State Insurance Institute, Glavbolgarstroy, Vidaputstroy, and the Sofia-based Moststroy and Transproekt. The consortium is ready to build the entire infrastructure adjoining the bridge
