Bulgarian companies will do 20% of the upgrading of Units 5 and 6 of the Kozlodoui N-plant under a contract between the plant and the Kozlodoui European Consortium, Anton Ivanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said after the contract was signed on Friday. The contract is worth EUR 199.5 million and USD 53 million. Euratom issued a loan of EUR 212.5 million, and Roseximbank lent USD 80 million. The Kozlodoui nuclear power plant signed contracts with Siemens, Framatome and Atomenergoexport, which make up the Kozlodoui European Consortium.
