The Bulgarian Dealers Association (BDA) suggest a project on introducing a Bulgarian LIBOR (BLIBOR), reflecting the real monthly interbank interest rates, it emerged after BDA's general meeting. Under the project BDA will take over the index calculations and will publish the official methodology. A distributor will collect the overnight interbank rates on a daily basis and will publicise them after 10:30 a.m. The average of the rates will yield the daily BLIBOR.
