Dronamics announced that it has signed a term sheet with The UAE’s Strategic Development Fund (SDF) to set-up a joint venture (JV) to produce the Black Swan cargo drones to fulfill the global demand and requirements for Dronamics’ international and local customers. This is an important step towards serial production as the JV will constitute a production plant. Meanwhile, Dronamics and the major logistics company from the UAE – Aramex have signed a letter of intent for cargo drone flights.
