Visiting Pleven representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), said they were inclined to fund the construction of the Cherni Ossum Dam water-supply system, Pleven Deputy Mayor Krassimir Makedonski said. Estimates show that the implementation of the construction project will require investments of USD 45 million for the dam, USD 25 million for the water-supply system, and USD 10 million for the relevant water-treatment facilities, Makedonski said.
