The company financed the purchase of only 97 daa (-75.6% YoY) of agricultural land during the month at BGN 2 623 per daa (+77.5% YoY). YTD average price per daa was BGN 2 199, which represents 7.9% annual decrease. Short term loans advanced slightly and reached BGN 19.3m (+0.2% MoM). YtD leases amounted to BGN 1.9m, compared to BGN 5.0m in Q1’24. The size of the financed land fell to 848 daa YtD (-59.7% YoY). *20% of the price is down payment by the lessees.
