The securities issued by Bulgaria's Elana Agricultural Land Fund to raise its capital started to trade on the unofficial market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday, September 16. The Financial Supervision Commission entered the securities in the register of public companies on August 31. The special purpose vehicle will use the raised capital for purchase of agricultural land plots, which will be consolidated and leased.
