The accelerated legislative work on Bulgaria’s NATO accession before the Prague summit should be top priority, the participants in the meeting of the Council on European and Euro Atlantic integration with the Presidency unanimously agreed. President Parvanov said that the Council on European and Euro Atlantic integration with the Presidency will observe the development of the integration processes and will review what had been achieved by the institutions. “The adoption of four important laws on Bulgaria’s Euro Atlantic integration is lagging behind schedule, including the laws on the special services and crisis management, Georgi Dimitrov, president’s foreign policy secretary said after the meeting. On the list of “late” laws he also put the already adopted Act on Classified Information and Foreign Trade Policy and Arms.
