Eurohold Bulgaria announced the results of the warrants exercise procedure. 260 440 000 warrants out of 260 481 631 (99.99%) were exercised at the strike price of EUR 1.02 (BGN 2.00), resulting in proceeds of EUR 266.3m. Following the exercise, the share count of Eurohold should practically double from 260.5m shares to 520.9m shares.
