The issue consists of 30 000 ordinary, registered, perpetual, deeply subordinated, unsecured, and non-convertible notes, with denominations of EUR 1 000 each and a fixed annual interest rate of 8%. Recall that the notes were issued in December 2019 under the conditions of initial private placement and the Bank included them in the Additional Tier 1 capital. The other 2 hybrid issues of the bank for a total of EUR 100m are also traded on Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 2014.
