Five candidates have submitted documents to the State Telecommunications Commission (STC) for participation in the sealed-bid tender invited for licensing a second GSM operator in Bulgaria. They are OTE of Greece, Fintur Holdings of the Netherlands, Rumeli Telsim Consortium of Turkey, Vodafon Bulgaria and TIM International of the Netherlands.
