The draft act for the management of Bulgaria's foreign debt will be ready soon, Muravei Radev, minister of finance, said Wednesday. Bulgaria has a long-term strategy for the debt management, Radev added. The foreign debt management act should be a priority for the next cabinet according to the minister of finance. Radev once again dismissed yesterday's statement of opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) concerning possible engagements by Bank Austria for managing this country's foreign debt in case of cabinet changes after the forthcoming general elections.
