The French company Sogea is ready to invest USD 500,000 in a pilot project concerning upgrading Vratsa water and sewerage system (WSS) aiming at eliminating hidden leaks along the pipe network. Some BGN 30 million need to be invested in the local WSS in three years in order to fully upgrade the system. The French company is ready to provide long-term credits.
