Gradus notified the public of a registered outbreak of avian influenza in a breeding facility for parent herds for breeding eggs (adolescent parents and parents in the egg-bearing period), operated by the subsidiary company Millennium 2000 EOOD and located on the land of the village of Bolyarsko, near Yambol. The preliminary assessment of Gradus’ management indicates that the expected losses, together with the lost benefits from the unrealized sales of breeding eggs for the next 12- 18 months, are estimated at no less than BGN 25m. The management emphasizes that this force majeure circumstance does not change the announced investment program of the group, but delays its implementation period.
