Intercapital Property Development is planning a second capital increase on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) according to the company’s consultant Nicolay Mayster. The Board of Directors is expected to make the decision in a couple of weeks and to submit the prospectus. The objective of the company is to file the necessary documents for listing on the main market by the year end. After this date WSE is changing the market cap criteria for listing on the main market from €10m to €15m. The capital increase will be in the range 3m - 6m shares. The stock is currently trading on the alternative segment NewConnect. In August, the company raised BGN 3.6m as 1.2m shares were subscribed. Intercapital Property Development was seeking BGN 58m through the issuance of 19.3m shares with an issue price of BGN 3.00 per share. After the capital increase, the number of common shares is just above 6m resulting in a market capitalization of ca BGN 18m (€9m).
