The Japan Bank for International Co-operation (Japan Bank IC) has confirmed its readiness to contribute to the third loan package under the World Bank FESAL Programme for Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Finance Ministry Press Centre announced Tuesday. A statement to this effect was made at a meeting between Finance Minister Mouravei Radev and Japan Bank IC Vice Governor Kyoske Shinozawa, during EBRD annual conference in London. The Japanese institution has so far extended two loans worth USD 50 million each under FESAL I and FESAL II to support Bulgaria's balance of payments.
