At the GSM held on May 18, the shareholders of Korado (KBG) approved a gross DPS of BGN 0.19 for H2’21. The latter corresponds to 80.2% payout ratio and annual gross dividend yield of 3.9% to the last close price when including interim payments (BGN 0.10). The remaining BGN 0.9m of net profit will be transferred to retained earnings. Ex-dividend date is May 31, 2021 and payments will be made starting June 15, 2022.
