The Board of directors of Maritsatex AD, received approval from the company's general shareholders' meeting of November 18 for the sales of land lots to Nova Print AD. The contracts were signed on November 23, 2004 and July 19, 2005. Nova Print had to pay by November 15 this year, but it is still unclear whether it has done so. Maritsatex sold land lot and production premises for EUR 85 per square metre, while the attached areas were transfered for EUR 15.
