Mobile phone operator Mobiltel launched the initiative ITC Broadband Platform for Bulgaria, a special platform, aimed at increasing the quality and penetration of broadband technologies and services in Bulgaria. Mobiltel also announced the launch of the first Worldwide Interoperability of Microwave Access (WiMAX) network in Bulgaria. The company will be able to offer to its customers a wide range of broadband services and content through the network.
