The foreign reserve has decreased by EUR 14.685 million during the first week of December, National Bank data show. As at December 8 the balance figure of the National Bank of Bulgaria's Issue Department amounts to EUR 3.702 billion. Foreign currency, part of the Department's assets, is down EUR 112.541 million to EUR 948.127 million.
