A memorandum of understanding on development of projects between Bulgaria and the Netherlands was signed here Tuesday. Bulgaria will receive 17.8 million guilders this year under the Dutch pre-accession programme for economic co-operation with Eastern Europe (PSO). Under the memorandum, covering the period until 2003, the two countries will co-operate in agriculture, transport, industry, energy and the environment. Private sector projects will be prioritised.
