Nine companies have obtained the tender documents and the information memoranda for the sale of 57% stake in Alen Mak cosmetics manufacturer, the Privatisation Agency announced. One of the companies is registered in the off-shore Isle of Mann, and another is Turkish. The other seven companies are Bulgarian. The bidders must submit their offers by June 29. Alen Mak will be sold through direct negotiations with the potential buyers which have deposited a USD 300,000 participation deposit.
