U.S. company NuImage has pitched the highest bid for a 95% stake in Sofia-based Boyana Film, 12.2 mln levs, it emerged on Fri when the bid receipt deadline expired. Britain's Ealing Studios has offered 7.5 mln levs while Bavaria Film bid 8.9 mln levs. Bulgaria's Privatisation Agency said the bids will not be ranked in terms of financial parameters. The bid price and the five-year development plan for Boyana Film will have equal weight in the final grading of the candidate buyers.
