The Greek OTE Consulting announced it has established a new company in Bulgaria, called Advanced Business & Technology Services /ABT&S/. The new company will provide consultancy services in the sphere of telecommunications, information technologies, business management, mergers and acquisitions and personnel management. OTE Consulting was established in 1987 by the Greek telecommunications giant OTE which received a GSM license in Bulgaria. The consulting arm of OTE is specialised in integrated business and communication services.
