. The Privatization Agency (PA) sold 2.53% of the capital of Assarel-Medet - Panagyurishte at the price of USD 48 310, the press center of the institution announced. The stake was acquired by Assarel-Invest – the majority owner of the company. The company owns 75% of the shares of Assarel-Medet. Assarel-Medet's activities include extracting and enriching of copper-pyrite ores, copper extraction, as well as repair, research, and engineering-implementation activities.
