The shareholders of Petrol Holding Group approved dividend for 2000 of 8.9% per share at their general meeting. The total dividend that will be distributed among the 210,000 shareholders of Petrol Holding Group is BGN 937,000. The net profit of the company is BGN 1.106m. The main goal of the Holding remains to increase the number of companies, in which it owns majority stakes, the report of the Board of Directors said. Petrol Holding Group has invested over BGN 3.7m in its companies in 2000.
