Minna kompania EOOD became an owner of 80% of "Military Repairing Plant Lyulin" at a price of BGN 3. 050 M, from the press office of the Privatization Agency announced. The contract was signed today after the approval of the Supervisory Board. The buyer is to pay 10 per cent of the price in cash today and the other part via compensatory notes. The initial price of the company was BGN 2. 05 M, and the bid step was BGN 20 000.
