The auction for the sale of Roy Property’s 150k rights will take place on 14 February. The secondary trade with the rights will start the same day and will continue till 28 February. The final date for share subscription is 21 March. The company plans to search a land plot near Sofia, which could be subsequently regulated and sold for the purpose of the creation of a village.
