The report of the working group in charge with the privatisation of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company on the course of the negotiations with the candidate buyer - the Greek-Dutch OTE/KPN consortium - is not ready yet. Yesterday morning, minister of transport and communications Antoni Slavinski received a letter from the representatives of OTE-KPN. The letter gives an explanation to a question that has emerged. It however is not connected with the answers, which OTE/KPN had given to the eight unsettled questions
