Bulgaria's second GSM operator, GLOBUL, will start operation in mid-July and has planned to have 120,000 subscribers by the end of the year, Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile (CBM) Managing Board Chairman Panayotis Kargados told a news conference Wednesday. Under the terms of the licence, issued by the State Telecommunications Commission, GLOBUL is required to start operation by July 17, 2001. The CBM management did not reveal any details about their future pricing policy for the Bulgarian market.
