So far 7 companies have bought the information memorandum of the Varna Shipyard. The prospective investors include the Szczeczin Shipyard, the Dutch consortium Damen Shipyards, the Greek Falcon Maritime Company, the Swedish Mcgregor Cranes, the Italian Promanesa, the British Venture Management, represented by Price Waterhouse and the British Orient Holding, registered on the Bahamas. The memorandum, which contains information on the basic financial and production parameters of the Varna shipyard, could be purchased by mid-May when the court will announce the finalised list of creditors and the size of their receivables. Attached to the document are the requirements of three of the plant's creditors - the Bank Consolidation Company, the Finance Ministry and the Central Cooperative Bank.
