Shelly Group (SLYG) notified that it will provide a grant of USD 700k to its US subsidiary Shelly USA. The additional cash contribution adds up to financing granted in 2022 and 2024 in the amounts of USD 1m and USD 400k. The statement pointed out that the revenues of the US unit are growing, but not enough to cover its working capital needs for the development of the business in the US market and the losses from previous periods.
