Sirma Group Holding (SGH) announced that it has acquired a majority stake (51% stake) in the Romanian IT company Roweb Development SRL. Recall that the company specializes in web applications for the financial sector, real estate, HR, and tourism verticals and will strengthen the holding's financial segment and sales in Romania. Roweb achieved 15% revenue growth in 2023, up to EUR 6.2m and EUR 1.3m EBITDA. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
