Pursuant to a resolution of the GSM held on 18 June 2026, the name of the company has been changed from Sirma Group Holding to Sirma Group. The change takes effect from the date of the registration in the Commercial Register, 6 July 2026. The company’s ISIN and its trading symbol remain unchanged. Based on decision taken on the same GSM the company also amended its scope of business and is no longer a holding company.
