Smart Organic (SO) revealed that following the capital increase procedure, Yani Dragov's majority ownership has decreased from 93.93% to 85.16% in the company's capital, as he sold all the capital increase rights eligible to him. Recall that SO successfully raised BGN 19.6m in its June capital raising procedure and intends to use the proceeds for building a new production facility.
