The economic team of the Simeon II National Movement, which garnered 42% in the June 17 parliamentary elections, called on the executive in a declaration to spend wisely the budget money, to discontinue the privatization procedures for high profile deals that have been launched, as well as those for granting concessions and awarding big public procurement contracts. The political morals and the democratic tradition require that until the new parliament is convened and a new cabinet formed, the ministers and the administration refrain from taking decision concerning the management of state property and public finances, except in urgent cases, reads the declaration.
