The BoD of Sofia Commerce – Pawn Brokerage has called an AGM on 21 June. The agenda includes a proposal for the distribution of BGN 715k as dividends (DPS of BGN 0.08) from the 2023 profit. This is equivalent to 18.4% payout ratio. Recall that in March 2024 the EGM approved the distribution of BGN 0.10 per share as dividends from retained earnings. If the proposed amount is approved at the AGM, this will bring the annual dividend yield of the company to 4.8%.
