Stara Planina Hold proposed BGN 0.316 (3.2% dividend yield) annual gross dividend per share for 2022, which represents a 6% YoY increase. The proposed dividends from the portfolio companies are as follows - BGN 0.40 for M+S Hydraulic (+14.3% YoY, 4.0% yield) and BGN 0.33 for Hydraulic Elements and Systems (+6.5% YoY, 4.9% yield). The proposed figures need to be approved at the GSM of the companies.
