The BoD of Telematic Interactive decided to call an extraordinary general meeting on 6 December. The first item on the agenda is a proposal for the distribution of BGN 3.6m as dividends (DPS of BGN 0.28) from retained earnings. Note that for 9m’24 Telematic Interactive recorded unconsolidated net income of BGN 15.9m (EPS of BGN 1.23). When added to the previously approved dividend distributions in 2024 of BGN 0.39, BGN 0.90 and BGN 0.45 in March, June and September, respectively, the total dividends paid per share would amount to BGN 2.02, implying a dividend yield of 9.7%, when calculated with the last closing price of BGN 20.80. This would also position Telematic Interactive as the only company, listed on the BSE, making quarterly distributions to its shareholders.
